Alex is a technology evangelist with a focus on the convergence of the physical and digital world. As a Mixed Reality pioneer, Alex was the first person to deploy HoloLens 2 in Formula 1 and Automotive during his time at McLaren. He is also the host of the Masters of Innovation Podcast, interviewing visionary thinkers on how innovation and technology is changing the game today.

In 2021 Alex joined Microsoft as “Metaverse Lead” where he led the UK Go-To-Market Strategy for Mixed Reality and Azure IoT. He then expanded his role to Azure’s all-up innovation strategy across Azure OpenAI, Quantum Computing and AI Infrastructure.

In his current role at Microsoft, Alex consults some of the world’s largest brands, architecting and supporting their AI transformations from design through to delivery.
